We’ve talked about why we think it’s a good idea to stay hydrated and we’ve even had experts weigh in on the amount of water you should drink. Their conclusion? Around 2-3 litres a day is optimal. Some of you reckon that this amount of water every day would leave you water-logged and sloshing around like a dromedary's belly, so we’ve reeled in the Big Boss (yep, Sarah Wilson herself!) to explain just how she does it - just check out the video below.
