Terms of payment are nett cash, thirty days, except by prior arrangement.
We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection. A handling fee of 20% of the original purchase value will be charged on all returned goods except by prior arrangement. The cost of freight on returned goods will also be charged except by prior arrangement. Goods cannot be returned at all once installed unless proven to be faulty at dispatch. Should your product require maintenance at any stage during its life please contact us on 0845 6 005 005 for landline calls, or 0345 6 005 005 for mobile calls.

Zip has a policy of continuous product development and improvement. Therefore changes to specifications and prices may be made without prior notice. Products may not be exactly as depicted.

Orders of Zip spare parts under £50 net, will incur a £5 (excluding VAT) small order charge.
Orders of Zip products under £500 net, will incur a £10 (excluding VAT) small order charge.
All prices quoted for the distribution of Zip products, spare parts or other services are exclusive of VAT.
