The implementation of Inline CEX successfully addressed the water heating challenges faced in Paragon House. Students will now benefit from a stable and efficient hot water supply, contributing to an improved accommodation experience. The durability and adaptability of the units also ensure long-term cost saving and reduced maintenance required for the university.
The brief
The refurbishment required a heating solution that could address existing water supply issues. Water heaters needed to serve both showers and basins in student rooms across up to 16 storeys.
Each floor housed 24 units, making consistency in water heating crucial. A dependable, long-lasting solution was essential to minimise maintenance and operational disrtibutions.
The solution
To meet these demands, over 800 Inline CEX water heaters were installed throughout Paragon House.
These units were selected due to their:
• Flow Regulation: Ensuring stable water supply and pressure, even in a high-demand environment.
• Dependability & Longevity: A two-year warranty provided confidence in the product's reliability.
• Compact & Adaptable Design: The flexible configuration of the CEX units made installation more efficient and adaptable to the existing building structure.
"The choice of Inline CEX has been a game-changer for this project. Their reliability, adaptability, and efficiency ensures that we can provide students with a consistent hot water supply, even in a high-demand environment. We are confident that this solution will stand the test of time."
