Do you need to return an unwanted item?

We understand, sometimes something just doesn't work for you, and you would like a refund. 
If an item is unused and still in its original condition and original packaging, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below.

Return Period

You have a 14 day cancellation period from the day of delivery to request a refund and you have a further 14 days from the day you notify us that you wish to cancel to return the product(s). 
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by using the following contact details and prior to the end of the 14 day cancellation period:
