The brief
The client, a busy community organisation known for its warm welcome and its long standing motto, “the kettle is always on,” needed a more efficient way to serve hot drinks to the many volunteers and clients who pass through their doors every month. With more than 300 people relying on their refreshment service, the traditional kettle setup was no longer practical. They required a solution that would make the process quicker, safer, and more manageable for their volunteers.
The solution
The Zip Water team worked closely with the organisation to provide a safer and more efficient way to access boiling water, removing the need for traditional kettles and creating a setup that could keep pace with daily use. After the HydroBoil was installed, the new system made an immediate difference. Volunteers were able to prepare hot drinks quickly and safely without the usual delays or risks, and the improvement was especially clear during the organisation’s monthly coffee morning, where it handled demand with ease and helped streamline the entire refreshment process.
