The brief

The brief

Welcoming around 2,000 people each week, the centre needed a practical and energy-efficient way to provide hot water for staff, volunteers, and visitors, helping to reduce running costs and free up funds for other essential services.

“Receiving a water boiler will help support our charity by reducing operational costs which allows funds to be freed up to help our other services such as supporting our youth programme and community allotment project. It would also help support volunteers and staff with easy access to hot drinks.”

The solution

The solution

Zip Water supplied and installed a  Hydroboil 15-litre Instant On-Wall Boiler, designed for high-demand environments where reliability and efficiency are key. Commenting on the experience, the centre said, “The installation process
was smooth and well-organised. The team were punctual, professional, and made sure everything was set up safely and efficiently.”

Since being installed, the Hydroboil has become an essential part of daily life at the centre. The centre added, “The convenience has been fantastic - having instant hot water on hand has made preparing drinks for our groups and events so much easier. It saves time, helps our volunteers, and means we can focus more on welcoming and supporting our visitors.”

“It’s been a fantastic addition to our centre and we are so grateful for the excellent <br>service that came with it - we would happily recommend both the product and the Zip Water team to others.”
